The board hereby establishes the Administrative Code of the Coachella Valley Water District (“code”), a copy of which is attached to the resolution codified in this chapter as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference. All provisions of the code are subject to revision and amendment from time to time as determined in the discretion of the board. (Res. 2017-33 § 2, 2017)
