A. Pursuant to the provisions of Cal. Water Code § 30730, the board of directors does hereby determine that the directors of this district shall be elected by divisions, that is, by election of directors who are residents of the division from which they are elected by the voters of that division only.

B. The secretary of this district is hereby directed to supply a certified copy of this section to the election department of the office of the county clerk, Riverside County, California, and any other appropriate public offices. (Ord. 1408 §§ 1, 2, 2013; Ord. 1025 §§ 1, 2, 1972)
