A. Installation Charge. See Appendix A-19 of this chapter.

B. Monthly Service Charge. See Appendix A-20 of this chapter.

C. Fire Flow Test Charge. The charge for the district to perform and provide results for a fire flow test is provided for in Appendix A-21 of this chapter.

D. Payment. Payment of the private fire protection service connection (PFPSC) is required as a condition of new or continued domestic water service; i.e., the district may terminate domestic water service for nonpayment of the PFPSC installation charge where the PFPSC is added to an existing domestic water service.
