No person shall enter into any contract or agreement to resell domestic water it receives from the district. No person shall deliver or cause to be delivered domestic water acquired from the district to any property other than that described in the application for domestic water service. Discovery of such action by the district may be cause for immediate termination of service without additional notification. (Ord. 1399.16 § 9-5, 2023)
