A PFPSC shall be used for no other purpose than for the discharge of water in case of fire. Except for PFPSC installed in accordance with CVWDC 3.05.500(B)(1), water for firefighting purposes will be provided without charge in amounts as required. (Ord. 1399.16 § 10-3, 2023)
