In the event a customer submits an appeal under the procedures set forth in CVWDC 3.05.660 above, enforcement of the violation shall be suspended until written notice of the decision by the general manager or his or her designated representative has been submitted to the customer. The notice of the decision shall be deemed to be submitted to the customer upon the district depositing it in the U.S. mail. Termination for nonpayment of a water bill is not subject to appeal and as a result, such enforcement will not be suspended. (Ord. 1399.16 § 13-4, 2023)
