General Provisions. The charges applicable to domestic water service are listed in the following appendices. Reference to the applicable article, section, or subsection of these regulations is included.

The charges set forth in this article are hereby established and fixed. In accordance with Cal. Gov’t. Code § 53750(h)(2)(b) and subject to approval of the board of directors, the district may institute an increase or decrease of any charges listed in the following appendices.
