The consumption charge is quantitative and assessed on a monthly basis. The charge will be calculated on a per acre foot basis and be calculated by multiplying the Tier 2 rate in effect by 435.63 CCFs. See CVWDC 3.05.150(C) and 3.05.150(C)(3). (Ord. 1399.16 § A-5, 2023)
