Any person found to be violating any provision of these rules and regulations or the terms and conditions of the applicant’s service agreement, permit or any and all applicable federal, state, or local statutes, regulations, ordinances or other requirement shall be served by the district with written notice that (A) states the nature of the violation, (B) provides a time limit to correct and (C) refers to CVWDC 3.05.660 as describing the hearing and appeals procedures for customers wishing to contest a notice of violation.
