In the event of a shortage of available canal water, irrigation water use shall conform to CVWD’s Colorado River water shortage contingency plan, referenced in Article XII of this chapter. Only during such periods of shortage, irrigation water for customer shall be supplied entirely by non-CVWD-owned wells.
