3.10.580 Cross-connection prevention.
Customer shall abide by CVWD’s domestic water ordinance (Chapter 3.05 CVWDC) and Cal. Code Regs. Title 17’s auxiliary water supply requirements to prevent an unprotected actual or potential connection between the potable water system and the customer’s nonpotable water distribution system as described in the following California Code of Regulations Title 17:

(1) Premises where there is an unapproved auxiliary water supply which is interconnected with the public water system. An RP or DC may be provided in lieu of an AG if approved by the health agency and water supplier. |
