Any person found to be violating any provision of these regulations or the terms and conditions of the applicant’s service agreement, permit or any and all applicable federal, state, or local statutes, regulations, ordinances or other requirements shall be served by CVWD with written notice that (A) states the nature of the violation, (B) provides a time limit to correct, and (C) refers to CVWDC 3.10.640 as describing the hearing and appeals procedures for customers wishing to contest a notice of violation.
