A. The customer shall designate an on-site supervisor responsible for operation of the recycled water distribution system. The supervisor shall be responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of the irrigation system, implementation of a recycled water use permit and requirements of the general order, prevention of potential hazards, maintenance of the distribution system plans in “as-built” form, and for the distribution of recycled water in accordance with the general order.

B. The name of the on-site supervisor shall be furnished in writing to the district a least 30 days prior to the use of recycled water.

C. The on-site supervisor shall attend on-site recycled water supervisor training once every three years. (Ord. 1440 § 2 (Exh. A), 2020)
