A. Entry to Property. The general manager and other duly authorized employees of CVWD bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all property for any purpose connected with CVWD’s operation or enforcement of these regulations.

B. Credentials. When representing or acting on behalf of the general manager, a person who is not an authorized officer or employee of CVWD shall have, wear, or exhibit a badge or credentials of CVWD. (Ord. 1427.5 § 2-2, 2023)
