1. Requirements. All (i.e., grease, oil, sand and lint traps) shall be installed in accordance with the governing agency and CVWD. The applicant shall pay for the cost of installation and shall be responsible for the cost of maintaining it.

CVWD may at any time inspect the installation and the operation of the interceptor/separator and the facility it serves and require the applicant to perform any maintenance necessary.

2. Interceptor/Separator Charge. The prevailing interceptor/separator charge as provided for in CVWDC 4.05.220 will be imposed on all property required to install interceptors/separators. (Ord. 1427.5 § 3-2, 2023)
