Any violation in CVWDC 4.05.360(A) and 4.05.360(B) will be assessed a discharge violation charge per Table A-2, Charge A-2.6. Each day in which the violation remains uncorrected shall be considered an occurrence. (Ord. 1427.5 § 9-7, 2023)
