During any period of discontinuance of service habitation of such property by human beings shall constitute a public nuisance, whereupon CVWD may cause proceedings to be brought for the abatement for the occupancy of said property by human beings during the period of such discontinuance. In such event, and as a condition of restoration of service, the customer shall pay to CVWD a reasonable attorney’s fee and the cost of suit arising in said action. (Ord. 1427.5 § 10-5, 2023)
