A deposit is required to initiate engineering hydraulic modeling of a proposed development. After the model is complete, the district will refund to the applicant any balance from the prepaid amount. Should the charges exceed the amount deposited by the applicant, the applicant will be billed for the extra amount which becomes due and payable upon receipt. See Appendix A-18 of this chapter.
