This appendix is included in your selections.
The activation charge is assessed on a one-time basis and payment is required prior to the district activating the service connection. Charges described below are only applicable to new customers and/or customers whose domestic water service was not terminated by the district as provided for in CVWDC 3.05.210. See CVWDC 3.05.170.
