A. Board. The board may change these regulations as it deems necessary.
B. General Manager. The general manager may prescribe and enforce additional regulations not in conflict with these regulations to implement the application, administration, interpretation and enforcement of these regulations. (Ord. 1399.12 § 2-1, 2017)
A. Entry to Premises. The general manager and other duly authorized employees of the district bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all property for any purpose properly connected with the district’s operation.
B. Credentials. No person who is not an authorized officer or employee of the district shall have, wear, or exhibit any badge or credentials of the district. (Ord. 1399.12 § 2-2, 2017)
Fees, charges and services are nonrefundable and nontransferable; however, under special circumstances, the general manager may grant a refund of fees or charges at his/her discretion. (Ord. 1399.12 § 2-3, 2017)
Exceptions or exemptions from these regulations shall be approved by the board of directors and documented in Appendix Z of this chapter. This provision does not apply to the waiver of one-time charges or fees. (Ord. 1399.12 § 2-4, 2017)
