2.25.050 Designation of district employee relations officer.

The district shall designate a district employee relations officer. This officer shall be the district’s principal representative in all matters of employer-employee relations, with authority to meet and confer in good faith on matters within the scope of representation, pursuant to the requirements and provisions of CVWDC 2.25.080.
